History

And then there was a school...

Prince of Peace Lutheran School was founded in 1994 as a mission outreach of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. The school began as a Day Care, it offered PreSchool classes in the main church building. During the 1996-1997 school year, a Kindergarten class was added.  Construction of a new school building started in 1998, classes began in the spring of 1999.  In the 1999/2000 school year, the school increased to 3rd and 4th grade; the intermediate school was added in 2000-2001.

After many changes in the community and local environment, the school re-engineered itself in 2020 returning to its roots; it has come back to where it started.  Prince of Peace now offers Day Care & PreSchool programs only.  We offer the very best of care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.  After just about 30 years of service, we are back to doing what we do best, caring for the littlest and most precious.

Through the years, many volunteers and staff made possible a beautiful campus, and a well-respected school, all in honor of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
